About Us
We run a growing health, fitness, and optimization brand built around online communities, educational content, a supplement line, and a peptide research company. Our content is the engine behind everything we do, and we need someone who can keep that engine running every single day. This is not a corporate media job. This is a small team environment where you will be embedded in the day to day of the business and treated like a partner in the mission, not just a contractor behind a camera.
What You Will Be Doing
You will be the person behind the camera and behind the editing desk. Your job is to follow the content process from start to finish, which means filming, editing, and posting across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok on a consistent schedule. You will travel with the founder to shoots, events, and anything else worth documenting, and you will help maintain a steady flow of content so that there is never a gap in what goes out.
On a given day that could look like setting up and filming a long form YouTube video in the morning, editing short form clips in the afternoon, and scheduling posts across all three platforms before the day is done. Some days it will be documenting behind the scenes of the business. Some days it will be on location at an event. The work changes but the expectation stays the same: content keeps moving.
What We Are Looking For
Someone who is genuinely skilled with a camera and knows how to frame, light, and capture clean footage without needing to be told how. You should be able to edit at a professional level and turn raw footage into polished videos that hold attention. You need to understand what works on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok because each platform has its own style and pacing and you will need to adjust for all three.
Beyond the technical side, this role is about fit. You will be spending a lot of time with the founder and the team, so you need to be someone who is easy to be around, takes initiative, and genuinely cares about doing good work. If you are the kind of person who sees something worth filming and grabs the camera without being asked, you will do well here.
Requirements
Proven experience shooting and editing video content (send your portfolio or links to your work when you apply). Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. A working knowledge of YouTube, Instagram Reels, and TikTok including formatting, aspect ratios, captions, and platform specific best practices. Ability to work on location in Augusta, GA and travel occasionally for events and content shoots. You should have your own basic camera gear, though the company will also provide equipment as needed. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred but Not Required
Experience with motion graphics or animation. Experience with color grading and audio mixing. Familiarity with content scheduling tools. An interest in fitness, health, or wellness content.
