The Role Mad For Chicken in Forest Hills is seeking Servers. We're looking for individuals with a passion for hospitality who can deliver outstanding service and help us maintain a friendly, professional atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Provide a warm welcome and exceptional service to all guests.
- Guide guests through our menu, offering recommendations and answering questions.
- Accurately take and process food and drink orders using our POS system.
- Manage a section of tables efficiently to ensure timely service.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with a positive, professional attitude.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure a smooth dining experience.
What We Offer
- Pay: $16.50 - $30.00 per hour
- Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
- Shifts: Day, Evening, and Night shifts available. We are flexible and willing to work with your schedule, but Day and Night shift availability is preferred.
- Benefits: Paid training
- Location: In-person at our Forest Hills restaurant
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Server is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and memorization skills.
- A positive, cheerful, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- A team player who is dedicated to providing excellent guest service.
