Position Overview
MAD Events is seeking an Events Assistant for Immediate Start to support the planning and execution of live promotional events throughout the Hollywood area.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup, organization, and breakdown of promotional events
- Support customer registrations and enrollment activities when applicable
- Maintain organized event displays and promotional materials
- Track event participation and complete basic event documentation
- Work closely with team members to support daily campaign objectives
- Ensure event areas remain clean, organized, and professional throughout the day
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, face-to-face environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to start immediately
- Authorized to work in the United States
