Position Overview
MAD Events is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support customer interactions during live promotional events in the Hollywood area.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers during promotional events
- Provide accurate information about services and current offers
- Assist with customer account registration and enrollment
- Maintain accurate records of daily interactions
- Support setup and breakdown of event materials
- Work with team members to achieve campaign goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working in face-to-face environments
- Reliable transportation within the Hollywood area
- Full-time availability, including some weekends
- Authorized to work in the United States
