MAD Events is seeking a Client Service Representative to support customer interactions during live promotional events throughout the Hollywood area.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers during promotional events
- Provide accurate information regarding available services and promotions
- Support customer registration and enrollment processes
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily campaign goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working in a face-to-face environment
- Reliable transportation within the Hollywood area
- Full-time availability, including some weekends
- Authorized to work in the United States
