Two Staff Assignments Available
Outdoor Sale & Guest Flow Attendant
This role is primarily stationed outside and near the entrance. Responsibilities include helping manage the customer line, greeting and directing shoppers, monitoring outdoor merchandise, assisting with sold-item pickup, and performing occasional light to moderate lifting as needed. Applicants should be comfortable working outdoors and being on their feet for extended periods.
Indoor Sales Floor Host
This role is primarily stationed inside the home. Responsibilities include greeting shoppers, assisting with basic customer questions, keeping merchandise organized, monitoring assigned rooms and merchandise, and notifying MacWay staff of suspicious activity, missing price tags, or other concerns. This role involves less lifting and is focused more heavily on customer service, attentiveness, and merchandise monitoring.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
