The largest baby store in Central Florida is looking for Customer Service Agents who speak English and Portuguese to join our team!
Position Summary:
MacroBaby is seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to provide exceptional customer service in our store. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers, offering product recommendations and services, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. If you have a background in sales and customer service, we would love to hear from you!
Primary Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Provide product information and personalized recommendations
- Promote additional services and exclusive offers
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for baby products and helping families find the best solutions
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Portuguese (Required)
- Experience in customer service and/or retail sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, and team-oriented
