Position: Bakery Associate / Front of House
Location: Macri’s Bakery
Hours: 20–30 hours per week
Macri’s Bakery is looking for a friendly, reliable Bakery Associate to join our front of house team. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating a welcoming guest experience.

What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist customers with a warm, positive attitude
- Take orders and handle transactions accurately
- Package pastries, desserts, and bakery items with care
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked front counter
- Answer basic questions about menu items and offerings
- Work as part of a team to keep service running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly personality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable multitasking and staying organized
- Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
Schedule:
- Monday–Saturday
- Daytime shifts (hours may vary)
- Closed Sundays
- Fridays & Saturdays required
