Compensation: In accordance with the Minnesota Pay Transparency Act, the expected starting wage for this position is $27.46 - $40.98

đź”§ What You'll Do
As our Envirosight Specialist, you'll:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain advanced robotic sewer inspection equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and software-related issues.
- Install new equipment and perform complete system setup and calibration.
- Update firmware and configure Windows-based inspection software.
- Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections.
- Test equipment before and after repairs to ensure everything performs flawlessly.
- Create detailed service reports, repair estimates, and warranty documentation.
- Provide technical support by phone, email, and in person.
- Train customers on proper operation, maintenance, and best practices.
- Occasionally travel to customer locations for installations, repairs, and equipment demonstrations.
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and ready for the next challenge.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- Strong computer skills and confidence working with Windows operating systems.
- Experience using diagnostic software and performing firmware updates.
- The ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
- Experience diagnosing electrical, electronic, and mechanical problems.
- Strong soldering skills and experience using hand tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting instincts—you enjoy solving problems others can't.
- Great organization and attention to detail.
- A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to continuously learn new technology.

ADA Requirements
- Bend, squat, climb, grasp, twist, reach, lift or otherwise move frequently for extended periods.
- Lift, move or otherwise transfer up to 50 lbs frequently, or more occasionally.
- Walk, stand, or otherwise move about continuously.
- Typically sits, grasp items and performs keyboarding for occasional operation of a computer.
- Exposure to typical machine shop physical hazards including chemicals which may require respiratory protection.
