Maintain the overall cleanliness and presentation of the facility — from floors and windows to offices, restrooms, and common areas.
Sweep, mop, wax, and buff floors to ensure a safe and polished appearance.
Shampoo carpets and rugs as needed to keep spaces fresh and inviting.
Empty trash and recycling containers regularly to maintain a clutter-free environment.
Clean and replace air filters, vents, and other fixtures for a healthy workspace.
Restock and organize cleaning supplies; track inventory and notify leadership when orders are needed.
Wash windows, glass doors, and interior surfaces to keep a professional shine.
Clear snow, sweep entrances, and keep walkways safe for employees and visitors year-round.
Safely operate cleaning and maintenance equipment such as commercial vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners.
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
Ability to manage time effectively and follow cleaning schedules.
Reliability and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Physical ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks throughout the day.
Prior custodial or facilities maintenance experience preferred, but not required — we’ll train the right person.

ADA Requirements:
- Bend, squat, climb, grasp, twist, reach, lift or otherwise move frequently for extended periods
- Lift, move or otherwise transfer up to 50 lbs continuously, 100 lbs with assistance
- Walk, stand or otherwise move about continuously
- Typically sits, grasp items and performs keyboarding for occasional operation of a computer
- Exposure to typical machine shop physical hazards including chemicals which may require respiratory protection
