Outside Parts Sales Representative - MI

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers in your territory
• Conduct outbound calls and on-site visits to promote and sell parts and services
• Recommend aftermarket parts and service solutions to improve equipment uptime
• Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries
• Document customer activity and strategy in our CRM/CXM system
• Stay current on equipment and part offerings to support customer needs
• Provide accurate lead times and pricing to set clear expectations
• Enter fleet and customer data in our ERP platform
• Work collaboratively with branch teams, sharing customer insights and needs
• Attend required training and meetings to stay aligned and informed
• Process parts orders accurately and efficiently
• Represent MacQueen with a polished, professional appearance

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in outside sales, parts sales, or customer-facing roles (equipment industry preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently, manage a territory, and prioritize effectively

ADA Requirements:

• Stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, crawl, twist, reach or otherwise move frequently.
• Occasional repetitive motion and grasping
• Occasional climbing to reach areas on equipment or racks.
• Lift, move or otherwise transfer up to 50 lbs. occasionally, >20 lbs. frequently.
• Typically sits, grasp items and performs keyboarding for frequent operation of a computer.
• Exposure to typical machine shop physical hazards which may include moving mechanical parts.
• Travel by car occasionally

Compensation: Base plus commission for a total comp of $76k -$114k/annually
