What role will you play?
In this role, you will act as the primary point person for all regional risk and control matters, overseeing pre and post trade investment compliance to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal standards. You will lead targeted risk reviews and controls assurance, developing and implementing policies, procedures, and systems to strengthen the risk framework. Additionally, you will investigate, assess, and document operational incidents, identifying root cause trends and opportunities to enhance controls, while contributing to the Risk & Control Self-Assessment RCSA process.
Salary range for this position: $165,000 - $225,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. What You Offer
- 8 years’ experience in risk, audit or a control focused position within the financial services industry and ideally experience within an asset manager
- Experience in private credit and/or collateralized loan obligations would be an advantage
- Ability to take a pragmatic, commercial approach to risk
- Ability to work independently and collaborate globally with a strong attention to detail.
