Join Macquarie's Risk Management team, where you'll play a key role in overseeing the risk management of funds across Macquarie Asset Management, including Equities & Multi-Asset, Fixed Income, and Leveraged Credit businesses. In this first-line role, you'll have the opportunity to shape and implement the risk strategy for the public markets business, providing risk guidance on new products, business initiatives, and ensuring a robust risk management framework. Additionally, you will play a key role in implementing and maintaining elements of the overall operational risk management framework to ensure robust risk governance and compliance.

What You Offer
- At least seven years’ experience in risk, audit or a control-focused function within the financial services industry
- Strong understanding of business control environments and technology through prior risk management or equivalent roles
- Senior stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to initiate and lead conversations with senior leaders.
