As a 9 month contract Executive Assistant supporting dynamic teams within this group, you will gain exposure across a wide variety of business activities while showcasing your positive, confident, and proactive approach, and exceptional time management skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for calendar management in Outlook, expense and invoice processing, and travel coordination (both domestic and international) using Concur and Coupa for the CFO Americas, Head of Group Treasury - Americas, Head of Tax Advisory - Americas, and a Division Director. Additionally, you will be involved in organizing team events, coordinating internal and external meetings across several time zones globally, and updating team documentation, supporting new staff, transfers, and leavers in the onboarding/offboarding process. You will also coordinate with our technology team to arrange equipment (including laptops and iPhones) for new starters, request access for team members to distribution lists, shared folders, security passes, and applications, and advise and train staff on systems and company-wide procedures/policies.You will serve as the point of contact for the CFO Americas, Group Treasury, and Finance & Tax teams in New York as well as senior leaders/staff visiting from other offices and regions while getting the opportunity to work on various ad-hoc projects and collaborate with other Executive Assistants across the Financial Management, People and Engagement group to collectively coordinate office events and initiatives.
Salary range for this position: $80,000 - $110,000/Yr. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
