What role will you play?

As Associate General Counsel, you will support US registered and unregistered investment companies, including fund formation, regulatory filings, product development, and board support. Additionally, you will handle private equity secondaries funds, related portfolio investments (e.g., M&A, private placements, complex securities), general corporate matters, and other special projects.

Salary range for this position: $247,000-300,000 / Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. What you offer

  • 6-8 years of legal experience in the investment management space
  • Deep experience with the Investment Company Act of 1940, US federal securities laws, and the financial services industry in general, preferably including experience with registered fund products
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously across various teams in a dynamic organization
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to regularly interface with C-level executives and department heads
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
