What role will you play?

As an intern in Macquarie Asset Management, you'll be a part of providing investment solutions to a broad range of clients. You'll play a role in managing critical infrastructure assets like electricity networks, renewable energy platforms, data centers, port terminals and other essential businesses.
You'll learn from industry experts as you are placed in one of our Macquarie Asset Management teams based on your skills, experience and interests matched with our business need. These could include our Private Credit or Secondaries teams.
Private Credit provides private credit and credit-like solutions across infrastructure, fund capital, real estate, private placements and asset finance.
Secondaries provides liquidity solutions to MAM's infrastructure LPs and establishes new GP relationships.
Estimated salary amount is the equivalent of $90,000 - $110,000 annually, prorated for the length of time of the internship. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.

- Present a project you worked on during the program to senior management.

- You have a unique perspective. We want to hear it. This internship is for undergraduate students expecting to graduate between December 2027 - June 2028.
- You are a critical thinker with strong numerical skills and can articulate your thoughts and ideas clearly.

- You have an interest in financial services and bring a proactive, resourceful, and positive attitude as well as a strong work ethic.
- You have a strong attention to detail with experience and comfort in Excel.
