Key Responsibilities:
- Develop in-depth understanding of electrical and electronic systems, including requirements management and documentation creation (FMEA, Block Diagram, Test Plan).
- Lead Electrical and Electronic Subsystem teams, representing the group in critical forums and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Perform hands-on lab work, conducting safety and electrical testing with the team.
- Collaborate on multiple builds for testing and support engineers.
- Analyze test data to troubleshoot issues.
- Utilize FMEA templates to identify potential problems.
- Promote collaboration and idea-sharing through brainstorming sessions with team members.
- Create requirements documents for the system, ensuring effective communication of technical details.
- Strong Communication Skills: Follow test protocols, collect and consolidate data, and present findings effectively.
- Excellent Presentational and Interpersonal Skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
- 1-2 years of experience in electrical engineering.
- Proficiency in Google tools and willingness to learn Windchill, SAP, CN process, lab request, A3, etc.
- Able to Work Effectively in Groups.
- Strong Communicator: Presents data clearly and proactively communicates with team members.
