**Department: Macoupin County Public Transportation**

**ILLUSTRATIVE EXAMPLE OF WORK**
- Primary focus on providing front line customer service phone service
- Respond to customer requests.
- Offer solutions to meet customer needs.
- Thoroughly and adequately record customer ride requests.
- Ensure accurate data entry to ensure a positive customer
- Communicate with customers, service partners, staff, and fellow
- Interactions with multiple departments and locations required.
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Provide phone and electronic contact support for drivers.
- Will receive immediate training on HIPAA regulations and maintain an
