Macomb Post Acute Care Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team in a full-time, part-time, or PRN capacity. This role is ideal for nurses who value autonomy in clinical decision-making while working within a supportive skilled nursing environment.
Our nursing team plays a critical role in delivering individualized care plans, coordinating with interdisciplinary staff, and ensuring residents receive consistent, high-quality care throughout their stay.
Compensation:
$40.00 - $46.44/hour
Compensation is based on experience and selected benefit options. Team members who waive certain benefits may qualify for a higher hourly rate.
What You'll Do
- Deliver and oversee daily nursing care for residents in a post-acute setting
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support care planning and outcomes
- Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes appropriately
- Provide guidance and support to CNA staff on assigned unit
What We're Looking For
- Active RN license in the state of Illinois
- At least 1 year of nursing experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
