Macomb Post Acute Care Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a full-time, part-time, or PRN role. This position is well-suited for nurses who take pride in delivering consistent, hands-on care while supporting the day-to-day clinical needs of residents in a skilled nursing setting.
In this role, LPNs are trusted to monitor resident conditions, provide treatments, and collaborate closely with the broader care team to ensure quality outcomes.
Compensation
$32.00 - $39.42/hour
Compensation is based on experience and selected benefit options. Team members who waive certain benefits may qualify for increased hourly pay.
What You'll Do
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition
- Support CNAs and assist with workflow coordination on the unit
- Communicate effectively with nurses, providers, and interdisciplinary team members
What We're Looking For
- Active LPN license in the state of Illinois
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and clinical awareness
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
