Pay
$40.00 - $46.44 per hour
Pay is based on experience and selected benefit options. Team members who waive certain benefits may qualify for a higher hourly rate.
Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities
- Provide daily nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing staff
- Support and supervise CNA team members
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications
- Active Illinois RN license
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
