Macomb Post Acute Care Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team. Full-time, part-time, and PRN positions available.
Pay
$32.00 - $39.42 per hour
Pay is based on experience and selected benefit options.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care according to care plans and physician orders
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition
- Support and collaborate with CNAs and nursing staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication with the care team
Qualifications
- Active Illinois LPN license
- Previous nursing experience preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
