Senior Quality Engineer
Job Description :
- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Manage Nonconformance Process / System, Material Review Board, 8D Closure, Internal Audit, Calibration, Visual Inspection Failure Catalogue.
- Apply Quality performance metrics and data to identify and drive quality improvement projects across sites. Drive permanent resolution of manufacturing issues.
- Lead and support AS9100D and ISO9001 Quality Management activities (audits, quality management system).
- Direct, manage and coordinate activities of cross-functional groups to achieve quality requirements.
- Work to quickly identify and diagnose quality issues during production.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in MIL-STD-883 and IPC-A-610
- Develop and maintain the incoming inspection process (procedures, equipment, programs, travelers).
- Develop and maintain Quality Inspection procedures and Training - Certification of Quality Inspectors.
- Manage the measurement program including Nikon and XS920 / CMI.

Salary Range : $70,000 - $113,000
Actual salary offered to candidate will depend on several factors, including but not limited to, work location, relevant candidates' experience, education, and specific knowledge, skills, and abilities.
