What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Director position at Maclivaro Limited?
Director of Marketing
Location: Colorado, United States
Salary: $170,000 – $210,000 Performance Bonus
About the Company
We’re a fast-growing medical device business driven by a simple but powerful mission: transform compliance in dental practices into a culture of shared purpose focused on patient and staff safety.
With a team of ~60 and growing, we’ve built strong momentum by staying relentlessly focused on customer success and delivering value-based solutions that make a real impact. As we continue to scale, we’re evolving from a single-category leader into a comprehensive, trusted partner in dental compliance.
“Good work” is just the starting point here. We’re building something that demands more—leaders who choose the harder path when it benefits the team, who continue to grow even when they’re already strong, and who are driven to create meaningful, measurable value for customers.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Director of Marketing to lead our marketing vision and execution—elevating our brand into the most trusted partner in dental compliance solutions over the next three years.
This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of the customer journey—from positioning and messaging to campaign strategy, creative direction, multi-channel execution, performance tracking, and optimization.
You’ll lead a high-performing marketing team, build scalable lifecycle marketing systems, and drive initiatives that fuel both customer acquisition and long-term retention.
What You’ll Do
- Define and execute a bold, differentiated brand strategy that builds trust and market leadership
- Own the full customer lifecycle marketing engine—from awareness to retention and expansion
- Design and scale multi-channel campaigns that generate meaningful pipeline growth
- Lead creative development to ensure all content and brand experiences are high-impact and differentiated
- Build educational platforms and “tribe-building” initiatives that position the company as an industry authority
- Partner closely with sales to align on revenue goals and enablement strategies
- Establish clear performance metrics and continuously optimize marketing effectiveness
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of driven, creative marketers
What Success Looks Like
- A clearly differentiated brand that drives strong customer trust and engagement (NPS > 50)
- 4x growth in qualified lead pipeline within 18 months
- Recognition as a top-three most credible partner in the category within 3 years
- 25% year-over-year subscription growth driven by marketing initiatives
- Strong alignment with sales, achieving 85% satisfaction with marketing support
- Accelerated market share growth across key product categories
What You Bring
- Proven experience leading marketing strategy and driving measurable business growth
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into execution
- A track record of building compelling brands and high-performing campaigns
- Collaborative leadership style—you value input but make decisive calls
- Entrepreneurial mindset—you take ownership, adapt quickly, and push through challenges
- High standards—you refuse to settle for generic or uninspired marketing
Who You Are
- Humble: Team-first mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Transparent: Honest and open, even when it’s uncomfortable
- Customer-Obsessed: You center everything around delivering customer value
- Discerning: You make thoughtful, high-quality decisions
- Clear Communicator: You simplify complexity and align teams effectively
In-Office Culture
This is an in-office leadership role because we believe the strongest collaboration and culture are built face-to-face.
We also recognize that life happens—appointments, family needs, and focus days—and we support flexibility when needed. Our team shows up for each other, and that support goes both ways.
Compensation & Benefits
- $170,000 – $210,000 base salary annual performance bonus
- Company-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance (employee coverage)
- 4% employer 401(k) match
- Generous PTO (up to 4 weeks annually)
- 9 paid holidays
Why Join Us?
This is an opportunity to do more than lead marketing—you’ll help shape the voice, reputation, and growth trajectory of an emerging leader in a critical healthcare category.
If you’re a low-ego, high-agency leader who wants to build something meaningful, elevate a brand with purpose, and drive real impact—we’d love to hear from you.
