Job Duties
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedule based on sales forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacities.
- Coordinate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes in demand or resource availability.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with quality assurance, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to synchronize production activities and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Maintain accurate records of production schedules, inventory levels, and work-in-progress.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to align production plans with organizational goals.
- Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing production efficiency, reducing waste, and improving overall operational performance using methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing, or supply chain.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and APS tools. Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to details.
- Experience in a high-mix manufacturing environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact with various departments
- Skilled in identifying issues and implementing effective solutions
- Excellent planning and time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently
