Mackie Myers is partnering with a high-growth consumer brand to appoint a Supply Manager within its operations team.
This is a key role for a supply planning professional who can take ownership of finished goods planning across a complex, multi-channel environment. The position will suit someone who enjoys balancing product availability, inventory health, and service levels while working cross-functionally with key stakeholders across the business.
The role offers a strong mix of hands-on planning responsibility, cross-functional exposure, and team management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ownership of finished goods supply planning across multiple sales channels
- Building and maintaining rolling supply plans aligned to demand, capacity, and inventory targets
- Translating forecasts into clear production, purchasing, and deployment plans
- Monitoring inventory performance, stock levels, and risk areas, with proactive recommendations
- Supporting allocation and prioritization decisions during constraints or demand changes
- Partnering closely with operations, sales, finance, marketing, and logistics
- Supporting S&OP / IBP processes and wider planning cycles
- Managing and developing a small supply planning team
- Improving planning processes, systems accuracy, and reporting visibility
We are looking for:
- 5 years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, or broader supply chain roles
- Strong finished goods planning experience in a multi-channel business
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence using ERP / planning systems
- Experience in consumer goods, food and beverage, or a related product-led environment preferred
- Previous people management experience or readiness to step into light team leadership
Salary : $110,000 - $140,000
