What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing the full 360° recruitment cycle, from business development and client meetings to candidate sourcing, interviews, and placements.
- Building deep relationships with clients across multiple sectors, acting as a trusted advisor and recruitment partner.
- Leading face-to-face client meetings across Greater LA to better understand their business and hiring needs.
- Developing new client relationships and identifying growth opportunities in the market.
- Collaborating with a motivated team that values transparency, ambition, and quality over quantity.
- Providing a service that is focused on the right solutions and decisions for the long term
What You Bring:
- Proven recruitment experience (agency or search), ideally placing mid-to-senior corporate services professionals.
- A strong commercial mindset and love for business development.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and a consultative approach to client engagement.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial spirit. You’re excited to build and own your desk.
- Based in or relocating to Los Angeles, with the confidence to attend regular in-person client meetings.

Salary : $60,000 - $100,000
