Client Account Leadership & Strategic Recruitment:
- Lead recruitment efforts for key client accounts within the renewable energy sector, identifying client hiring needs, and delivering customized recruitment strategies that align with their business goals.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition strategies and workforce planning.
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand their organizational goals and provide tailored solutions for meeting their recruitment objectives.
- Regularly assess clients' recruitment needs, make data-driven recommendations, and adjust strategies to optimize client satisfaction and achieve hiring success.
- Take a proactive approach to anticipate future recruitment needs and develop a pipeline of qualified candidates for future placements.
Recruitment Process Management & Market Insights:
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and managing successful placements.
- Research industry developments, competitor strategies, and emerging trends to offer valuable market insights and influence client recruitment strategies.
- Regularly monitor recruitment outcomes and performance metrics to ensure client goals are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Demonstrate initiative in identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional recruitment services to clients.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to build relationships with potential clients and further expand the business.
- Exercise independent judgment in making decisions regarding candidate selection, client strategies, and recruitment methods.
- Take responsibility for the recruitment decisions made, and regularly advise clients on best practices and long-term hiring strategies.
- Lead special projects as required, driving innovation and efficiency in the recruitment process.
- Guide and mentor junior consultants, sharing industry knowledge and best practices while fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Human Resources, Renewable Energy).
- Proven experience in managing full desk recruitment, with a track record of success in the renewable energy sector or a similar industry.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing client relationships, advising on strategic hiring decisions, and driving recruitment outcomes.
- Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to independently evaluate recruitment strategies and make high-level recommendations to clients.
- Ability to lead recruitment efforts with minimal supervision, exercising discretion and judgment throughout the process.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools and systems (e.g., ATS, CRM) to streamline the recruitment process and track performance.
