I am hiring for a Home Health Administrator based in Texas.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Home Health Administrator located in Texas. The Home Health Administrator will oversee daily operations of the home care agency, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements and maintaining high standards of patient care. Knowledge of the ICD-10, HCPCS, and CPT coding and how they relate to Medicare billing is essential.
Clinical Background is preferred (RN, LPN, PT, DPT)
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, staff, and stakeholders
- Experience in budgeting and financial management for healthcare operations
- Proven ability to train and manage staff
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on delivering high-quality care
- In-depth knowledge and experience in home care operations
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in a leadership role within the home health or healthcare industry
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on operational efficiency
