Job Description
Administrator of Home Health, DON, needed for lovely Tx. location.
Healthcare Organization is a state of the art facility providing top healthcare to all age population.
This position is accountable for operations of Field Office programs and
for meeting the department’s mission through personnel management;
including selection, monitoring of performance and evaluation, accepting
patients for care according to department policy and procedure;
maintaining intercommunications; resource management; and business
development and growth. The responsibilities of this position are
implemented in accordance with the hospital organizational chart.
Must have at least 5 years as a Home Health Director or Adm. with strong results and accomplishments.
RN, BSN a must have, Masters nice.
