Mackenzie Stuart is partnered with high-growth, PE-backed company within the Home Healthcare industry, in the search for a Regional Director of Operations to develop the company's expansion efforts.
This role is ideal for a collaborative-focused, driven professional who thrives on working with people every day, growing P&L, measuring the success and growth to ensure results across the regions.
Key responsibilities:
- Grow the P&L and region outreach/coverage
- Oversee daily operations ensuring efficient scheduling, compliance, and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate tracking of budgets and P&L
- Monitor patient satisfaction and implement feedback into improvement plans.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
- Inspire and lead teams
Qualifications:
- 4 years of operations experience in the home healthcare industry
- 2 years of proven experience managing direct reports
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Authorization to work in the US
- Strong knowledge of home health care regulations, quality, reimbursement
- Experience opening up new markets or launching new service lines
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills
