Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. We are seeking candidates with weekday, daytime availability or weekend night availability. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service, taking orders accurately, and providing menu recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
- Take customer orders accurately using Aloha POS.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines during food handling and preparation.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
- Process payments accurately through cash handling and basic math skills.
Skills
- Previous serving experience is preferred but not necessary.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
