Busser

Base pay $7.25 with tip-out pool program. Host must welcome and seat guests, help serving staff with pre-bussing, food running, and answering phone calls for to-go orders. Full time and part time positions available, must be available at minimum 3 shifts weekly and available weekends. Great start to a serving career in the future to gain experience in the industry. ```Duties:```
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Escort guests to their assigned tables
- Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials
- Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations
- Take and relay accurate food and beverage orders to the kitchen staff
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to guests
- Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness and proper set-up
- Assist with cleaning duties, such as clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other staff members to provide excellent customer service

```Requirements:```
- Previous experience in guest services or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of restaurant is a plus.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a diverse team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality and food service
