Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured sessions covering spirituality, values and personal responsibility
- Lead group discussions that encourage reflection and respectful dialogue
- Support individuals from a wide range of faiths and belief systems
- Encourage engagement in journaling, group activities and programme participation
- Promote understanding, tolerance and constructive decision-making

The Person:
To succeed as a Values and Responsibility Spiritual Guide, you will need:
- A Master’s degree (or current enrolment) in a relevant field such as Divinity, Psychology, Sociology, Education or Social Work
- Confidence leading group sessions and discussions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
- A calm, professional and respectful approach
- Endorsement from a recognised religious or community organisation
