Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate religious, fellowship, and leadership programmes
- Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule volunteers and leadership teams
- Develop community service opportunities and annual events calendars
- Manage daily operations of The Peak facility, including café-style beverage service
- Create promotional materials and coordinate approved advertising
- Oversee stock, supplies, budgets, and monthly expenditure reporting
- Maintain health, safety, cleanliness, and security standards
- Ensure compliance with Air Force and Chaplain Corps regulations
- Support an inclusive environment for individuals of all faith backgrounds

The Person:
To succeed as a The Peak Airmen Ministry Center Coordinator, you should have:
- Associate’s degree or higher (ministerial studies preferred)
- At least two years of ministry experience in church, para church, or military chapel settings
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Experience working with young adults
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional standards of conduct
- Ability to pass criminal background checks
- Commitment to supporting people from all faiths
