What are the responsibilities and job description for the Remodeling Contractor looking for Painter-Tile-Drywall Experience. position at Macik Builders LLC?
- Experience in drywall, painting, tile install.
- Knowledge how to apply texture, sealants and tile install.
- Performs building exterior and interior caulking, finish repair, mud and tape, and texturing tasks.
- Operates various equipment to be able to accomplish the task at hand.
- Performs special refinishing tasks including wood surface preparation, staining, and sealing.
- Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.
- Performs minor plaster repair, blending newly renovated wall surfaces with existing plaster.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Must have basic tools for painting-drywall and tile install.
- Attention to detail
- Operate hand held power tools
- Read a tape measure
- Work outside in Florida climate
- Heavy lifting (50lbs) occasionally
- Valid Florida Driver License with a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass Background and drug screening
- Must have access to transportation to get to and from work sites.

We are a remodeling contractors, primarily Residential & Light Commercial. We remodel whole houses, kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, we do additions, install exterior doors and windows, tear downs and re-builds.
