Compensation: $75,000 – $125,000 annually (base commission)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Representative to develop and grow business in the Orlando, FL area. This role focuses on renting and selling pump equipment and related services for applications such as pipeline maintenance, hydrostatic testing, municipal and sewer bypass projects, water transfer, and general dewatering.
You’ll be responsible for driving new business, managing existing accounts, and building long-term relationships with clients. The position offers a competitive base salary, uncapped commission potential, vehicle allowance, phone, benefits, and 401(k).
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and develop new business to meet sales goals and revenue targets.
- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through solution-based selling.
- Prepare and follow up on rental and sales quotes.
- Plan and manage your territory to maximize customer visits and revenue potential.
- Identify and communicate opportunities for additional services and solutions.
- Ensure all client documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with management to meet market growth objectives.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of proven outside/field sales experience.
- Pump equipment knowledge preferred; familiarity with pipeline hydrostatic testing and hydraulic design a plus.
- Strong track record in new business development and client retention.
- Experience with direct sales and/or project management in equipment rentals or sales is beneficial.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong territory and time management skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs (100 lbs with assistance).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
