Branch Manager – Dewatering & Pump Solutions

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead operations for a growing dewatering and pump solutions business. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of a branch location, including operations, sales performance, team leadership, and financial results.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pump rental, dewatering systems, fluid management, or related industrial services, with proven leadership experience managing both people and P&L.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and profitability
- Drive revenue growth through rental and service solutions related to dewatering and pumps
- Manage full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Lead, coach, and develop a team across operations, service, and sales
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships across construction, municipal, industrial, and oil & gas sectors
- Ensure high equipment utilization and fleet readiness (pumps, hoses, power units, etc.)
- Partner with sales teams to expand market share and identify new business opportunities
- Maintain compliance with all safety, environmental, and operational standards
Qualifications
- 5 years of leadership experience in branch management, operations, or service management
- Strong knowledge of dewatering systems, centrifugal pumps, fluid handling, or rental equipment
- Proven experience managing P&L and driving business performance
- Background in construction, industrial services, or equipment rental preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer relationship skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
