Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable Maintenance Technician to help keep our CNC machining equipment and facility running safely and efficiently. This position is responsible for performing routine maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and minor repairs on production equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on CNC machines and shop equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair basic mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
- Replace worn parts, belts, filters, hoses, and bearings.
- Assist with machine setup and equipment adjustments.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and help return machines to service.
- Keep maintenance records and complete work orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized maintenance area.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with general building and facility maintenance as needed.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.
- Ability to read basic mechanical drawings and maintenance manuals.
- Welding, electrical, or forklift experience is a plus but not required.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet throughout the shift.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
- CNC experience a plus but not required.
