Are you someone who enjoys solving problems, working with your hands, and keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team and play a critical role in keeping our production and facility equipment operating at peak performance.

In this role, you won’t just fix equipment—you’ll help drive efficiency, prevent downtime, and support the success of our entire operation.

What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of installing, maintaining, and repairing production machinery and facility equipment
• Jump in to handle emergency repairs and minimize downtime when it matters most
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to keep everything running efficiently
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Diagnose issues, replace parts, test systems, and make performance adjustments
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders with confidence
• Support facility needs including basic plumbing and carpentry work
• Use a variety of tools and equipment to complete hands-on tasks
• Identify and report potential issues before they become bigger problems
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Support all safety and environmental (EHS) initiatives

What You Bring

• Strong skills in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and industrial maintenance
• Experience with PLC systems and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of HVAC systems
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Strong problem-solving and technical aptitude
• Experience with injection molding machines and automated assembly lines (a plus)
• Clear communication skills and a team-first mindset
• High level of integrity and accountability
• Driven to get results and continuously improve processes

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
