What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations and Marketing Coordinator position at Machine Maxx USA?
- Manage posting and removing equipment for sale on the company website, ebay, and several other listing sites
- Prepare and send invoices for sold machines
- Be the point of contact for customers when they have payment questions
- Send follow up emails to customers requesting Google reviews
- Manage administration of equipment purchases by entering them into Quickbooks and our database and sending payments and payment notifications
- Request and coordinate shipping for outbound equipment sales and inbound equipment purchases
- Manage equipment information such as dates of receipt and shipping dates.
- Add received equipment to our project management app.
- Use our project management app for all stages of the equipment and sales lifecycle
- Basic marketing work such as creating pages on our website
Salary : $55,000 - $75,000
