Administrative Assistant
Machado Construction Inc, located in Halethorpe, MD. is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Greet and assist customers
- Open and sort mail
- Generate monthly/quarterly reports
- Maintain supply inventory for office
- Order office supplies
- Filing, typing, copying, binding
- Taking meeting notes
- Various other administrative tasks
Ideal candidates must possess: At least 2 years of experience in an office setting, general knowledge of Microsoft Suite programs, general knowledge of computers and other related office equipment, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to multitask and work independently, and a friendly persona. You must also pass a drug screening and background check. Experience in a construction environment is preferred but not required.
