What You’ll Be Doing
- Work alongside experienced technicians on the service, maintenance, and installation of heating and cooling systems.
- Learn how to diagnose, troubleshoot, and explain HVAC issues to customers.
- Assist with presenting repair options and maintenance membership plans.
- Develop the skills to confidently educate homeowners on comfort solutions tailored to their needs.
- Help with invoicing, payments, and keeping job-related paperwork accurate and organized.
- Keep tools and equipment clean, maintained, and ready to go.
- Participate in ongoing training to grow your technical knowledge and customer service skills.
What We’re Looking For
- A strong desire to learn and grow in the HVAC field.
- Solid communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Mechanical curiosity and a willingness to get hands-on.
- Ability to lift 75 lbs., work in all types of weather, and get in and out of service vehicles safely.
- Clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
