We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team as a substitute/floater. This role involves working with children of various ages, utilizing innovative teaching methods, and implementing curriculum that meets the whole child's needs. The Teacher will play a crucial role in shaping the minds of young learners while ensuring their overall well-being and growth.
Duties
- Implement lesson plans and daily schedules left by teacher.
- Provide individualized care to children, adapting methods to meet diverse learning needs.
- Foster a nurturing environment that promotes child welfare and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with parents, staff, and administration to support childrens learning and development.
- Maintain a safe and organized classroom conducive to learning.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Skills
- Experience working in a childcare setting, demonstrating patience and empathy.
- Competence in infant and toddler care, ensuring the safety and welfare of younger children within the classroom setting.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Flexability to adapt to different classrooms and routines as a substitute/floater.
