The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive support to attorneys throughout all phases of the litigation process, from case inception through trial and appeal. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

- Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including case preparation, discovery, trial, and post-trial activities.
- Draft, review, and file legal documents, subpoenas, and correspondence.
- Manage case files and maintain litigation calendars, deadlines, and court schedules.
- Coordinate document production, discovery responses, and deposition preparation.
- Conduct factual investigations.
- Prepare exhibits, trial notebooks, witness files, and other materials for hearings and trials.
- Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, experts, and vendors.
- Organize and summarize medical records, employment records, and other case-related documents.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with court rules and filing requirements.
- Assist with electronic filing in state and federal courts.
