This is a counter sales position responsible for promoting sales and good customer relations for MacDonald Industrial Supply. Our products and services are sold throughout the mid-Willamette Valley to a diverse customer base, including manufacturing, agriculture, construction, government, and others.
MacDonald Industrial Supply is a 50 year old company that is well-established and family-owned with warehousing, processing, and delivery capabilities. We take pride in providing a high level of service to our customer base which allows to compete with much larger national service centers. We are the “locally owned” option.
Qualifications
- Experience in hardware/fasteners is a big “plus”.
- Customer service background in an industrial environment is required. You must be able to work effectively with a wide range of customers – from farmers to millwrights.
- Good communications skills.
- Ability to work constructively in a cross-function team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
