Who are we looking for?
The Director of Wafer Level Products is responsible for owning and driving the global strategy for the WLP line of business, including Compound Semiconductor technologies. This role collaborates closely with various functions to deliver growth, achieve business objectives, and ensure effective execution against the line of business plan and strategy.

What will you be doing?

• Create and own global strategy for WLP, including Compound Semiconductor products by targeting packaging and power applications related to Flip Chip, FO-WLP (silicon & organic), SiC, GaN, GaAs
• Develop targeted strategies for regional and global commercial teams to deliver on revenue, margin, and volume objectives
• Partner with global WLP commercial teams to obtain market intelligence (Voice of Customer) and set customer targets for the WLP line of business
• Collaborate with tool OEMs to identify share gain opportunities at new and existing customers
• Own and deliver WLP sales margin and volume budgets, including margin management and pipeline health
• Develop WLP and Compound Semiconductor product strategies for lifecycle management, pricing, and SKU optimization
• Create compelling product value propositions and ensure deployment at strategic customers
• Partner with marketing to develop strategic messaging and campaigns.
• Collaborate with supply chain, operations, and quality teams to ensure flawless execution for on-time delivery and best-in-class quality
• Drive strategic account qualification processes, implement best practices, and ensure contingency planning

Who are You?

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM or Business discipline required. Master's degree/MBA preferred
• 10 years of progressive leadership experience managing product lines and other lines of business in semiconductor packaging or related industries
• Proven track record of developing and executing global strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability
• Strong business acumen with expertise in WLP and compound semiconductor technologies (SiC, GaN, GaAs).
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills with experience leading global product teams
• Ability to build strategic partnerships and influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to serve as a key stakeholder in all continuous improvement efforts across processes and all aspects of the line of business and broader business unit
• Strong ability to develop their team members and establish talent within their line of business and with cross functional teams

The typical base salary range for this position is between $ 169,232 and $ 253,848.
