This position is responsible for a dedicated group of customers with a goal of maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction while generating profit and market share by selling and supporting enterprise-wide products and services.



Position Duties/Responsibilitie


  • s
    Establish, develop, and maintain relationships daily with current and potential customers through phone calls, cold-calls, in-person visits, and presentation
  • s.Generate revenue and market share through product sales with assigned accounts according to pre-established sales goals and gross profit objective
  • s.Achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales, market share, and gross profit goal
  • s.Assist with managing customers’ fleets while identifying and capitalizing on areas of opportunit
  • y.Assist customers with maximizing the value that they receive from the products and the success being delivere
  • d.Monitor usage, and offer and provide training on functionality not being utilized by the fleet custome
  • r.Mentor and coach other team member
  • s.Educate customers on our products and services through product specifications, demonstrations, and presentation
  • s.Maintain a team-based approach to all activities to ensure sales, service, and support staff goals are me
  • t.Ensure Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is updated dail
  • y.Participate in trade shows and various associations pertinent to the marke
