Job Summary
Join our dynamic warehouse team at Macade Golf as a Warehouse Associate, where your energy and attention to detail will drive our distribution operations forward! In this vital role, you'll be responsible for efficiently handling inventory, ensuring smooth picking and packing processes, among other daily tasks. This paid part-time position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management systems and order fulfillment while contributing to a fast-paced logistics operation.
Duties
- Perform order picking and packing duties with precision to meet customer deadlines.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, and order carts to load, unload, move, and organize clothing accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities by preparing orders for shipment, verifying inbound deliveries, and ensuring proper documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment by following proper safety protocols and conducting routine inspections of equipment and storage areas.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience with familiarity in inventory control and/or apparel experience required
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control and order accuracy.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment - it gets very hot in the summer months and cold in the winter. We have fans and heaters throughout the warehouse as well as climate controlled conference rooms.
- Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards relevant to warehouse operations.
- MUST have reliable transportation
