We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position supports daily warehouse operations, including stocking, returns processing, cycle counts, inventory management, light manufacturing/assembly, general warehouse organization, and forklift operation.
The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse environment.
Primary Responsibilities
· Receive, stock, organize, and pull inventory as needed
· Process returned materials and products accurately
· Perform routine cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy
· Support inventory management, labeling, and product tracking
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of inventory areas
· Keep warehouse areas clean, safe, and free of clutter
· Assist with light manufacturing, assembly, packaging, or product preparation
· Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
· Load and unload trucks, containers, or deliveries as needed
· Prepare materials for shipment, delivery, or internal use
· Report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or safety concerns
· Follow company procedures for safety, quality, and warehouse operations
· Assist other departments as needed to support daily business operations
Qualifications
· Previous warehouse, inventory, logistics, manufacturing, or assembly experience preferred
· Forklift experience preferred
· Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
· Dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team
· Basic computer or inventory system experience preferred
· Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
Physical Requirements
· Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
· Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
· Ability to safely operate or learn to operate warehouse equipment
